To get up to 10 sessions per calendar year subsidised by Medicare, simply book a long appointment with your GP and ask them for a Mental Health Care Plan. They can refer you to Nick Avery at Do Therapy for Mental Health Social Work Support. The current rebate for this support is $87.25.

Professional Clinical Supervision
Reflective support, clinical skill development, and ethical guidance. Supervision can include coaching for those pursuing Mental Health Accreditation, with practical support around requirements, applications, and building clinical confidence.
